IFB Title: Procurement of provision, implementation, and commissioning of enterprise resource planning.

1.Siinqee Bank Share Company has allocated a budget towards the cost of procurement for the provision, implementation, and commissioning of enterprise resource planning, it is intended that part of the proceeds of this budget will be applied to eligible payments under the contract for which this invitation for bids is issued.

2.The bank invites sealed bids from invited eligible bidders for the provision, implementation, and commissioning of enterprise resource planning 

3.Bidding will be conducted through International Competitive Bidding (ICB) procedures contained in the Bank's Procurement Policy and Procedure, which are open to all eligible bidders.

4.A complete set of Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by interested and eligible Bidder from the office of Procurement and Supply Management Department, Oda Tower 6th-floor office No. 604, at working hours upon payment of a non-refundable fee of ETB 1000/One Thousand Birr/.

5.All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security amount of ETB 1,000,000.00 (ETB One Million) or in equivalent convertible foreign currency in the form of CPO or Bank Guarantee. Foreign Bidders shall submit Unconditional Bank Guarantee countered guaranteed by local commercial bank in Ethiopia.

6.The technical and financial bids must be delivered in Two Separate Envelopes, which is properly filled in, signed, and stamped, and should be submitted in the Tender Box prepared for this purpose before or on November 09, 2023, at 2:30 p.m. at the Procurement and Supply Management Department, 6th Floor, Room No. 604.

7.Bids opening shall be held in the presence of bidders and/or their representatives who wish to attend the opening ceremony at Odaa Tower, 6th Floor on November 09, 2023, at 3:00 p.m.

8.Late bid, bid not opened, and not read out in the public at the Bid Opening Ceremony shall not be accepted for further evaluation purposes.

9.In case of any unforeseen situation or Public or Government Holiday resulting in the closure of the office on the date of opening the Bid shall be opened on the next working day at the same time and venue.

10.The Bank reserves the right to reject any bid to annul the bidding process reject all bids at any time prior to contract signing, without thereby incurring any liability to bidders.
