1. ዩኒቨርሲቲው ጨረታ‏‏‎‎‏‏‎‎‏‎‏‎‏‎‎‎ውን ሙሉ በሙሉ ወይም በከፊል የመሰረዝ መብቱ የተጠበቀ ነው፡፡ 

2. ጨረታ‏‏‎‎‏‏‎‎‏‎‏‎‏‎‎‎ ከመከፈቱ በፊት የጨረታ‏‏‎‎‏‏‎‎‏‎‏‎‏‎‎‎ ዋስትና በአካል መቅረብ አለበት፡፡ 

3. የሰርቪስ አግልግሎቱ የሚሰጠው በአዳማ ከተማ አስተዳደር በሚመደበው በየትኛውም መነሻ ቦታ ጠዋት እና ማታ ይሰጣል፡፡

4. መካከለኛ በሆነ እርቀትና የተማሪዎች ብዛት ባሉት መስመር 2 (ሁለት) ዙር የሰርቪስ አገልግሎት የሚሰጥ ይሆናል፡፡

5. አገልግሎቱ የውል ስምምት ከተፈረመ በኋላ እስከ ሰኔ 30 ቀን 2016 ዓ.ም ድረስ ብቻ ነው፡፡
