Plan International Ethiopia, South-PA is seeking competent and reliable suppliers for the purchase of the following items.

Mandatory requirements:

Copy of Renewed & Relevant business license for Fiscal Year 2015 E.C.

 Copy of VAT Registration Certificate

Copy of TIN Certificate

 Evidence of settlement of current tax, registration for VAT and TIN certificate.

. The bidder should submit sample Pen and Exercise Book with separate envelop

. Bid Security Bond of 20,000 Birr in CPO or unconditional Bank Guarantee

Bid Submission Instructions:

Tenders submitted after the deadline will be automatically rejected.

Supplier should collect the Request for Quotation (Bid document) from Plan International Ethiopia Hawassa office during office working hours
