Cat 6 Ethernet cable is a standardized networking cable compliant with TIA/EIA-568-B and ISO/IEC 11801 standards, featuring four twisted pairs of 23-24 AWG bare copper wires insulated with HDPE (high-density polyethylene) and jacketed in PVC, LSZH (low smoke zero halogen), or PE for outdoor use.

It supports high-speed data transmission up to 10 Gbps over distances of up to 55 meters (100 meters at 1 Gbps), with improved crosstalk reduction through tighter twists and optional shielding (foil or braided) to minimize electromagnetic interference. Commonly used for office, home, or data center wiring, it carries digital, voice, video, and PoE (Power over Ethernet) signals.

Speed and Bandwidth: Supports up to 10 Gbps Ethernet at 250-500 MHz bandwidth; backward compatible with Cat 5e.

Conductors: 4 pairs of solid/stranded 23/24 AWG bare copper wire for optimal signal integrity.
