Cat 6 Ethernet cable is a standardized networking cable compliant with TIA/EIA-568-B and ISO/IEC 11801 standards, featuring four twisted pairs of 23-24 AWG bare copper wires insulated with HDPE (high-density polyethylene) and jacketed in PVC, LSZH (low smoke zero halogen), or PE for outdoor use.

It supports high-speed data transmission up to 10 Gbps over distances of up to 55 meters (100 meters at 1 Gbps), with improved crosstalk reduction through tighter twists and optional shielding (foil or braided) to minimize electromagnetic interference.
